This packs a lot of power, the distance it covers is overwhelming. Easy to set up, and physically sturdy, made for outdoors. Comes with accessories to be mounted either on a wall or attached to a pole. And it better be a sturdy wall or a solidly anchored pole, this thing is massive, for an access point.
The setup is easy, the instructions in the manual are well written. So far, I used it as a repeater and it worked reliably, no hiccups, no degradation of signal or network quality. Now I can get fancy about all wireless gadgets outside the house, before this I had even spots inside the house with no reliable connectivity. Not to mention, a neighbor noticed (aloud) there’s a network he always sees with strong signal even in spots where his network is faint.

My house and garage are all covered with metal siding and metal roofing, making it impossible to hold cell phone calls, live streaming, etc. Using this a top our garage, by way of a single POE connection back to the house, it really has helped reception on the property greatly with extra wide range in each direction at the edge. Was easy to setup using the built in interface. I recommend you set it up first before deploying just to save any headaches of having to touch or reset the unit if it is in an awkward spot. In a word, pretty good.

Awesome. Amazing. I can't get over it. This thing is certainly much much bigger than I was expecting it to be but holy cow does it have great Wi-Fi speed and range!! Even the 5 gigahertz band has an unbelievable range to it. Extremely easy to set up for what it is and easy to manage the Wi-Fi password, name and connected devices. Easily can cover at least a 10 acre radius. Your whole neighborhood will see your Wi-Fi and I live out in the country! I'm seriously mind blown by this device and it's made out of great materials with great waterproofing. Certainly an upgrade from the previous generation which was also great and still is. I can't recommend it highly enough!!! I absolutely love it!
